My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?

Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order or send us email at info@sabcollection.com

How can I track my order or print invoice?

Just click on the Track Order or Order History link at the bottom of every page. Please remember that you must be a registered customer and signed in to your account

How long does it take for restocked item to arrive?

We will try our best to restock the item you requested, however, some items take longer than others to arrive and cannot give you specific time. We send you an email when we can estimate the arrival time.

Do you ship international?

Yes, We have many satisfied international customer. We use DHL and UPS to ship international. You will have chance to pick the carrier and fee when checking out.

We do not charge you any tax however, you have to pay the duty for country you are shipping to, if apply. We are not responsible for package held in customs or returned package due to unpaid duties or any other reasons

What is your Returns Policy?

Return will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is defected and returned within 15 days of purchase. We can also credit to your account for your next purchase.
